


Hey, I’m Jillian — wife, mom, and newly certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
This space isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about showing up with what I’ve learned, what I’ve lived, and what I’ve come to know as true when it comes to investing in your health — from the inside out.
I believe that health isn’t one-size-fits-all. That bio-individuality matters, and that the best thing I can do is share what’s helped me — and let you take what fits your life, your body, and your season.

I plan to post as much as life allows but currently I have a goal to biweekly!

Can I schedule a coaching session?
I’m not currently taking on clients right now so I can focus on my new baby and building my blog but I plan to take on clients in the future so stay tuned!
What kind of emails do you send?
I will send out an email to notify you when I drop a new blog as well as if I feel extra passionate about something!
